Highland Park is a neighborhood proud of its Village center, access to the Mississippi River, and large city park. Highland Park, the actual park, holds a golf course, municipal pool, disc golf course, playground and plenty of green space in which to picnic. The Village houses a grocery store, a book store, coffee shops, a small first-run movie theater, and many other specialty shops to meet your needs and desires. St Catherine University, the largest women’s college in the country, also calls Highland Park home.
