We are different than most agents because we treat our business seriously. We’re not out of business if Beth is on vacation. We’re not playing at it or dabbling in it. We no longer believe that the traditional real estate agent who “does it all” is a resource in today’s world. Just as you require a surgeon to operate, a receptionist to check you in, a nurse to care for your post-op needs and a physical therapist to get you back in shape, you need a counselor to help you find the right house, a project manager to market and close your home, a client care provider to make your transaction happen and you need someone to give your questions to when Beth is “in the operating room.”
We approach the real estate business as project managers. That means that we are responsible for the coordination and communication around every client’s file. For our sellers that means we are communicating progress, coordinating details, strategizing market position, analyzing risk, negotiating the deal and finalizing the sale. For our buyers that means we are educating about the process, defining search parameters, defining the individual decision-making style, reviewing options, negotiating the deal and coordinating the details. This approach requires specialists. Here is who we are:

Beth began her real estate career in 1991 at Coldwell Banker. She joined RE/MAX in 1994 and has moved steadily through its sales awards programs (from Executive Club to President’s Club to 100% Club to Platinum Club to Chairman’s Club). RE/MAX continues to be home to the nation’s top REALTORS®. Beth has been voted by readers of the Minnesota Women’s Press as Favorite Real Estate Agent 1999, 2000, 2001 & 2007. Beth holds the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations. Prior to starting her real estate business, Beth was a social worker, (LISW), working with emotionally disturbed kids and their families. She holds an MA in human development from BGSU in Bowling Green, Ohio. In her free time she enjoys reading, cooking, needlework, antiquing with her husband Gregg, and goofing off with her young adult children, Hillary and Emory. Business History

Brianna is the Listing Manager for our sellers and also Beth’s right hand. She is responsible for all of our marketing, website maintenance and coordination of work for our seller clients. The personal attention she gives to our seller clients is amazing! Each client’s file is shepherded through the process of home preparation, marketing, and escrow coordination with attention to detail at the highest level possible.
