We approach the real estate business as project managers. That means that we are responsible for the coordination and communication around every client’s file. For our sellers that means we are communicating progress, coordinating details, strategizing market position, analyzing risk, negotiating the deal and finalizing the sale. For our buyers that means we are educating about the process, defining search parameters, defining the individual decision-making style, reviewing options, negotiating the deal and coordinating the details. This approach requires specialists.
We treat our business seriously. We are not playing at it or dabbling in it. Our real estate practice has hundreds of people who depend on us for help and information. Together we strive to create an approach to buying and selling homes that is unique in our market and creates raving fans for our service.
