Selling your home can feel overwhelming but we are here to help! Below is a collection of the most frequently asked questions to get you started. If you have read through this list and have more questions or you are ready to get started with a listing meeting, please let us know!

How much does it cost?

6% of the final sale price. Think of the cost this way: you can hire an experienced expert for the same price you can hire a newbie.

How long does it take?

Price, location, and condition affect days on market tremendously. In 2014 our average listing time was less than 30 days.

All my friends say real estate agents never call you back. Will we hear from you?

Yes! We will send you a weekly or biweekly (depending on the season) report detailing the marketing we have done. Also, depending on the season, you will have for biweekly conversation about what we are doing going forward! Keep in mind that even though you may only talk to me one time a week, my Listing Manager, Brianna, is always available to answer questions, deal with issues and basically be my other half for our seller clients so you will never have to worry about not getting a call back or having your needs met. Her job is to make sure our sellers are never feeling overwhelmed, stressed or confused about anything happening throughout the selling process.

Should you buy before you sell, or sell before you buy?

If you have the financial power to buy before you sell, you should treat yourself and do it. Having people come in and out of your house is a huge interruption of your life.

What percentage of the list price can I expect to get?

We can get ratios for your neighborhood, however, beautifully staged and prepared homes go for much closer to asking price than rough condition ones.

How much is my home worth?

Pricing is based upon 4 major components: location, square footage, condition and amenities.

The seller sets the price of a home (with our guidance), but ultimately the buyer determines the value. My job is to supply you with facts about what has sold recently and what is for sale now to help you price your home correctly and competitively. Click here to determine how much your home is worth.
