How is pricing arrived at?
Even though the folks at zillow are trying to convince the public that price can be determined by a mathematical algorithm, it isn’t that easy.
Here are the factors that impact price:
- Location, location, location!
- Square feet
- Condition (beautifully staged or decorated from the 1990s? I can hear the young couples saying it looks so old fashioned!)
- Amenities
You can see that square footage is the only objective criteria. Everything else requires an artist not a scientist to determine value!
